At Artesanos Design Collection, we want you to love your handcrafted home pieces; if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on eligible items.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our concierge team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization.

  Prepare the Item

  Carefully repackage the product in its original artisanal packaging to ensure it remains protected from damage during the transit process.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a home pickup.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our warehouse team verifies the item's condition, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
